Okay, this was written by a Pi Phi. Nobody considers you middle tier. Zeta needs to be moved back up to top, Tri Delt needs to be moved back to middle, Phi Sig needs to be moved down to middle, you forgot about ADPi which belongs in lower middle, and sorry Pi Phi but you're back to the bottom tier. You may have had a successful recruitment last year, but so did everybody else, keeping you at the same spot.
