Honestly..go into recruitment with an open-mind. Legacy or not, pick what best suits you. Pick where you feel comfortable, I'd say that's the most important thing and how you'll be the happiest. Don't rank according to 'tiers' and just see what you like during recruitment. All of the chapters are awesome at ISU and Greek life wouldn't be the same without any of them.
