Not a Kappa, but I would assume you should first definitely be reaching out to the chapter to introduce yourself and also there’s probably some affiliation policy in place with your national organization. I highly doubt you would have to re-pledge if you’re already initiated, regardless if you’re affiliating with another chapter.
