I've heard a lot of different things about how Acacia's living situation will be in their new place. If they can't pull it off, I agree and could see Sigma Pi and Kappa Sigma maybe passing them. But if Acacia gets their new place up to par, I think they would retain their spot. But we will have to see what they do. Same with KS using Pi Phis house because that has never been a fraternity house before. It will be interesting to see which of the newer fraternities step up their game with rush. It'll be a battle for Sammy, LXA, Phi Psi, and ATO to swoop in and get those numbers.
