TOP: -Pi Kapp (cookie cutter brads, nice house, talks to every sorority) -Alpha Sig (cookie cutter chads, also nice house, less edgy than pi kappa phi) Top Middle: -Sig Nu (very well known last year, fell off a bit this year due to no house but will no doubt make a come up next year) -FIJI (I hate to put them here cause they’re pledges are so mid, but they do have the nicest house so they deserve it) Middle: -Acacia (no house next semester, could see this being the end of them with the two below now having nice houses) -Sigma Pi (have been known in the past to have a bad rep, has a better house next year... The AGR house) -Kappa Sigma (new house in the fall, seems like a few more people know who they are which could be potentially good for them) Bottom: Farmhouse (will always be bottom, sorry) Sigma Alpha Mu (no house hard to be involved) Lambda Chi (? never seen any of them)
