Dchi is the clear cut top house, top house, best pledge class, best guys period. After that it's really a huge gap between Pikapp who is currently on deferred suspension (1 strike and theyre kicked off) and a dry house but actually has cool guys, and Alpha Sig which is literally a house that consists of kids who didnt get a bid from the aforementioned fraternities. That is the god honest reality lol.
