not 100% true. i know girls who actually sought out to be in ddd, same goes for xo. i guess it just depends but i agree that they are mid tier. not top but still solid houses that no one frowns upon. As far as deciding requirements for "top tier" .. Hard to say what their requirements are. Pi Phis are (or were when I was at OSU) supposed to be really pretty, but my old roommate got a bid from them and she was extremely unattractive. So were a lot of the girls. So who knows..to each their own
