Okay so reading through all of this I literally don't understand how the top and upper mid aren't all considered the same?? I have friends in almost all of the ones that are either considered top or top mid and all of them mix with the same frats so how are some better? Pi Phi, DG, Theta, Alpha Phi, and KD all have events with the same frats. I would even go as far to say that Chi O also often mixes with similar ones....so how are they all not just at the same level???
