Just wondering, what is the breakdown of houses that must take legacies and houses that have the opportunity to cut them? I know many of them must take legacies after a certain round of a recruitment, but can cut them early on if they choose. If they get past that specific round, they must get a bid if they desire. I know there are some that MUST give a bid to legacies if the house is their first choice. Anyone know which houses are required under all circumstances to give bids to legacies if they seek one and which houses can at the very least, cut legacies before a certain point of recruitment?
