Actives can't go out to any place that would be serving alcohol. Parties, frat houses, bars, etc. Obviously if they went to restaurant like Applebee's for dinner, that'd be a different story. Pnms can go out whenever or wherever they want. Obviously it's recommended not because if a chapter were to find out, depending on the situation, they could cut you.
