LOL No: Not exactly. The computer favors the PNM. Look at the NPC Green Book. PrefPNM: Each chapter has 2 bid lists. The "first bid list" has a total of girls on it equal to Total. To the computer PNMs are in ABC order on the first list and not ranked. Yes, each chapter has a few members and advisors that know the true ranking but it's said to be in ABC order. The second list is in rank order. The computer checks mutual matches first - all PNMs #1 matching with a Chapter's first bid list. The computer looks at your top rank and compares it with X's first bid list. For example, your order is: 1- X, 2-Y, 3-Z. If you are on X's first list, you are a match and get X. If you are not on X's first bid list, you are sort of held aside, for lack of better words, until X hits quota. Let's say quota is 60 and X had a mutual match with 40. The computer would then look at #61 on the bid list to see if that PNM had X as their #1. If there is a match, 61 is offered the bid. If 61 has Chapter T as first, and is on T's first list, the computer moves to 62 for their #1 match. Once a chapter fills quota, it hypothetically stops. It gets a little complicated from there in talking about quota additions, so I'll leave the light reading to you on the NPC web site. Say you are ranked #100 on X's bid list and X fills quota at 80, the computer will then try to match your #2 chapter. If Y fills quota at 110 and you are #120 on their list, it then looks at your #3.
