it is never 100% up to you. you rank the 3 houses 1-3. every pnm is on our bid list, it just depends on the order. we rank you guys 1-however many. then a computer does the matching on "mutual selection" but it is very probable you wont get your first choice. you just have a guarantee that you get one of the three. dont worry about it until you get there! good luck
