I would say out of those your best bet is theta or MAYBE pi phi. DG and a phi are known as party houses and to an extent so is pi phi but not as much or the other two. I would also look at chi o, fuzzie, or a chi o if you still have them on your list! Also, most girls only pref one top house if they even pref one at all. Don't count your chickens before they hatch!
