People have this misconception that it's "hard" to get into these top-tier Frats. Is it harder to get into Phi Psi and Sig Chi than it is to get into Fiji or Pike? Yes. Is it hard in general? No. If they like you they'll bid you. Being a Jr is not going to help you, but if you're an average guy who they mildly enjoy being around you'll get a bid - this is the same for all grade levels. After all, this isn't Miami or the South, It's OSU and Greek life (while amazing) doesn't reign supreme here. Keep your mind open, too. Although you go for top you may like the kids in the middle or lower tiers better.
