So im an out of state transfer student and i am planning on rushing this semester. Is not being a frosh as well as being a person who has no connections to any fraternities here, am i at an overwhelming disadvantage to get a bid? I know the ship has sailed for the big-time fraternities, but do the middle-tier frats consider sophs a liability?
