The calendar year rule doesn't apply when you transfer, I already checked with pha. I'm not going to say what chapter, but I'm just a believer that you join a house for the girls in it, so just because I fit in with the girls at my old school doesn't mean I'd fit in well with that chapter at OSU. So I didn't think transferring to a different chapter would be a good idea.
