Just because they're falling/below kappa sig doesn't mean they aren't Top Tier. Top "Tier" is exactly that - a GROUP of fraternities. I'd say there are 4 or 5 top tier frats at ohio state. With that said, tke has been dropping pretty hard over the past few years. Anyhow, the "top tier" frats are all more or less equal when it comes to most things, like intramurals, blocks, etc. The only real difference between them is the "personality" of the brothers. Rush them and see how you fit!
