Classier? Theta Hotter? Alpha Phi has the edge but Theta has plenty of pretty girls too Academics? Theta More fun to Party with? Alpha Phi Higher tier? Both are Top Tier, arguing over whitch one is higher ranked within that tier is kind of pointless although historically Theta has been top tier for a long time, Alpha Phi had Phi Psi for block so I don't see how they could be considered middle tier haha
