I'm a guy in a "top tier" house, and I can say this: We party with and hang out with everyone! Girls have it easy - all girls are cool and invited to everything, and my brothers have dated/are dating girls from all "tiers". I have friends in all sororities. The same can't be said for guys though - if you're a "bottom-tier" guy, good luck hooking up with/dating/talking to a "top tier" girl.
