Everyone is freaking out unnecessarily. STEP is optional, it makes sense for some chapters who already meet most of the stipulations and for other chapter it might not make as much sense. 1. OSU will not "own STEP houses", probably the stupidest comment I saw thus far and demonstrates you have no knowledge of how real estate or housing corps function. 2. Even Phi Psi is definitely going dry, not necessarily participating in STEP. I am not supporting dry housing but just recognizing this is a trend on campus and seems pretty inevitable in the coming years.
