Gamma Phi filled Total with Freshmen, Sophs and Juniors then went to PHA to get approval to take 14 additional seniors they would have needed to cut. Actually Gamma Phis have a decent sisterhood for a new group. Sure, they have some clicques but it isn't adversarial from what I've been able to tell. Theta took a junior last year but from what I understand, she had a lot of inside connections. If you have your connections, most anything can happen. Most top and mid won't take any juniors. Best chance for "most" juniors would be AXO and Fuzzy. Gamma Phi will still need to invite back most everyone due to RFM. It takes 3 full formal recruitments to get your return numbers fully established.
