Maybe back in the day when Old beta and Sammy were still on campus KD was considered solid top tier. I am a senior and can say since my time here they have always been considered "upper mid tier" and not significantly better than Chi Omega. Not saying they are a bad chapter at all but very few people in the Greek community would consider them solidly top tier. The top tier consists of Pi Phi, DG, Aphi, Theta and up until they got kicked off Kappa. The order doesn't really matter. Guys have personal favorites and want to do events with these four chapters so being #1 vs. #3 is not really significant.
