We dont care about Kappa

Kappa Nationals keep trying to get us to agree to give them preference to return in 2018. There should have been a vote by now but it wouldn't have passed in favor of Kappa. We don't want this agreement because their nationals never fixed the problems in the house. They are all talk and no action. We really don't care about Kappa and just wish their nationals would stop bugging PHA to let them back so we can open again for extension. Maybe if Kappa quick nagging so much to get us to sign the agreement, people would stop posting.
