This is so true. I ended up joining an upper bottom chapter and I was so confused during recruitment because in my mind I had all the attributes of a "top" girl. I was a cheerleading captain, on homecoming court, stuco officer, graduated top 10%, doing well in a rigorous major, and I always thought I was at least decent looking. During pref though, I preffed one top one mid and one bottom and ranked them in that order. You are NEVER too good for a chapter!! Ps I love where I'm at now
