Since we don't know what you bring to the table, no chapter can tell you if Theta will take you. They do take sophomores, and I believe they took one really great Junior Last year. Sophomore status will put you as "some" disadvantage at all top and mid tier houses. Every one of the top 8 chapters will take sophomores but they are more selective than they are with freshmen and they don't take too many since it causes one class to be larger than another class.
