It's not going to change anything tier wise...Phi Psi, TKE, Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig likely will not do step, at least for the time being. They actually party/have block at their main houses so it would be a huge change for them to get university approved. It might make it slightly harder for them to fill their main house AND maintain multiple annexes if sophomores cannot live there. Delt, Fiji, SAE, etc. already don't have social events at their main house so it makes sense for these chapters to seek STEP approval. This might give these chapters a very small recruiting tool but it's not like Phi Psi or Sigma Chi need any help recruiting or are competing for the same guys. \n\n\n\n\n
