PCs vary based on how many go through recruitment, drop-out and the number of chapters. Without Kappa this year and Zeta recolonizing in February, it's hard to say what total will be. A lot of girls will drop out if they don't get their favorites and hope that Zeta will be better than say pledging a lower tier. Colonies are more forgiving in taking upper classmen (Gamma Phi took 14 seniors when they recolonized). Zeta will be able to pledge to Campus Total. Chapters will get a quota range during recruitment. Last year it was 56.
