sig chi, tke, kappa sig, and phi psi will probably experience huges boosts to their recruitment, and the other houses will suffer. freshman guys do NOT want to live in a dry house. It is a huge loss - it'll make them think that the dry frats are losers (which they are, except for delt to an extent). No good frat boy will want to live in a house where he can't drink... so for this reason i disagree with your post.
