Are you seriously worried about this already? School just started for crying out loud. Tiers do not matter. Only in greek rank and yes it affects your social calendar to a degree. But you will find the right house for you if you go in with an open mind. But to answer your question: No..one bad PC isn't going affect the "ranking" of a house...however..if its turing into a "bad PC" year after year..then yes, a house might drop a tier (on greekrank.) Also you should note that it isn't solely based on looks. Alpha Phi for example has more conventionally pretty girls than say Theta. But they aren't viewed as highly as Theta. It all depends on how you carry yourself.
