So fall recruitment is the same this year. Everyone can take girls up to 100, and then everyone can take quota in the winter (plus whoever doesnt get to 100 through quota can then COB in the winter and spring). Sooo... basically yes, at this point there will be several houses going into formal recruitment with 60-70 girls, and others with 100. Not fair IMO, but that's the way it is. This also means that come January, there will be some houses with 20+ girls over total (depending on quota), while some houses inevitablly will still be under it.
