backtracking here.. 1. How many/which houses were doing informal recruitment? I heard that recruitment used to be that houses who weren't at 100 (or close) wouldnt do informal and they would just take a full pledge class in winter to get to 100 which was cap. Can all houses now take girls in the fall too?? If so, then what is the cap? Are there houses at 60-70 and houses at 125+?? This makes no sense. Please explain!
