I know multiple guys in Beta who were dropped from TKE, Delt, and Pike because the actives didn't want to initiate them because they were so annoying. I've never spoke to them on my own, but sat near a group while studying in the library, and while TKE blanket bids, there's a reason even Delt and Pike didn't want these guys after they bid them. If your old chapter was middle tier or lower, you'll probably be alright and should help them get better and they'll be okay when you're a senior. If you were top tier, honestly I wouldn't waste my time.
