Quite a few houses actually, including mid and top tier. Because Gamma Phi graduated so few (when they colonized, they primarily took Freshmen and Sophs), they pulled the average chapter size up. I think they and Theta are the only two that are really high, a couple that are right "at" and everyone else below from 1-40 members. Provided that all chapters that are under total participate in the structured COR, there should be a lot of openings that are attractive to PNMs.
