You asked a few questions so let me address them separately. 1. I don't have an exact list but Sig Ep, Aepi and ZBT are most likely the fraternities with the highest gpa's based on past performance. Not sure about lowest. 2. Does being in a fraternity take up a lot of time? Depends on what/how much you want to get out of it. It is totally doable to get into med school/have a high GPA and still attend a lot of social events with your chapter. If you are a high functioning individual you should have no problem balancing priorities, if you're a child and need someone to hold your hand and manage your time then you probably won't do well in college regardless of Greek life.
