Can I get an honest, unbiased description of the following fraternities: TKE Phi Psi Delta Tau Delta SAE Kappa Sig Sigma Chi I'm thinking of rushing and these are regarded as the better fraternities from what I can gather, but everywhere I look I see something different. "Phi Psi is terrible, on the decline" in one thread and then "Phi Psi is the undisputed top house, best social calendar, etc." in another I know it's for me to see for myself during rush in the spring but I don't wanna waste my time somewhere when I could be spending it getting to know guys in another house better
