Phi Psi has been around the upper mid/top for year and years. Not until Beta got kicked off did people pay more attention to them. Then it was phi psi/tke/sammy. Once sammy got the boot and tke got in trouble they were undisputed top. Sig chi gave them a slight run but also got in trouble. Phi psi really isnt that great. Theyre fun guys but the main reason theyre considered "top" is because they avoid trouble. Its easy to recruit when youre not on probation or dont have any sketch rumors about you. If sig chi avoids trouble for another full year I could see them being even for girls are starting to go there way but until then phi psi has the upper hand.
