1) PHA is almost definitely adding two colonizing chapters in 2017. It was either one or two before Kappa was suspended, and now is anticipated to be two chapters. While the new chapters won't have a house at first, they will certainly sign a lease after a year or so for a house in order to remain competitive. 2) It depends how long GPhi's lease contract is for their current house. Either or both sororities that colonize in 2017 might rent out the better houses before GPhi's lease is up. And I very much doubt their lease is shorter than 5 years. But it really doesn't matter. They are in ATO's house as of now and that doesn't look to be changing anytime soon. Might as well make the most of it.
