Not hating them at all because of their house. I'm just saying I feel bad for them because I personally wouldn't want to live in it. It will make recruitment tougher for them and I sincerely hope they are able to remodel the inside well enough to make up for the outside. Proper landscaping should help as well. It's like recruitment in general: looks aren't the most important thing, but image DOES matter. And lets be honest, the chapters with the best, prettiest physical houses tend to do better during recruitment, like Kappa and Theta.
