Honestly grades are the biggest reason you won't get asked back to a number or sororities after the first two rounds. Do not slack off in your classes your first semester. Personality is also a huge factor, especially over looks, when it comes to getting a bid. But more than anything, be yourself and you'll (most likely) end up in the house you're supposed to.
