sororitys will post their minimum GPA as set by their nationals but this might not be their real minimum. For example, maybe their national allows 2.6 but the unsaid rule in a house is not taking anyone less than a 3.0. Using the same example, another chapter might take you down to a 2.6 only if you are the "whole package" and they really want you. Anything below a 3.0 is considered a grade risk by most chapters. It's best to go into recruitment above a 3.5. You don't want to be below the Chapter Average GPA because they don't want you to pull them down. Don't think you are safe with anything below a 3.3.
