No chapter will know whether they will do informal in the fall until September when Panhel resets total. It will be based on the average chapter size which is determined on whether the chapter graduated a lot of seniors, members deactivated and where they were in comparison to total in the spring. Fall will be your best bet at getting into a sorority as a Junior. No top or mid tier chapter took a junior during Formal 2015, so you might want to look at a chapter like DZ, AXO or Fuzzy.
