Kappa Sig's Spring 15 PC look like total dweebs. I admit I am only basing this off the ones that I have seen so maybe the rest are better. I would also note that Kappa Sig's recent social growth is mainly because of freshman girls and Kappa Delta (mid tier). Overall I think they are headed in the right direction and can be truly top tier in a couple years but until then try to tone it down.
