Delt- out of the 4 they are the best overall and have great parties with great guys. Absolutely no complaints and one of my personal favorites. SAE- with them it's either all or nothing you have some really awesome guys but you also have a lot of total losers that are super awkward. Pike- they are very similar to SAE but the pikes I know are total home runs but I have also been to a few of there parties where there are really awkward dudes all talking to eachother. Phi Delt- really weird guys as a group and not even close to the level of the other 3 and honestly shouldn't be in the discussion of middle tier.
