Basically nationals and OSU have messed up block. Theta, Chi O, Tri Delt, Fuzzy and more sororities cannot have block. Kappa is obviously going to still be in trouble in the fall. There's not enough chapters on the same social level for it to work out that everyone is going to get a block partner like in this past.
