ChiO isnt rising fast because their house is dreadful. There are plenty of nice and pretty girls, but they're frequently ones who have been dropped by Theta at some point, or pref Theta, ChiO and XYZ and then Theta doesnt want them. Tridelt takes left overs too, but they do a little from DG, APhi, and PiPhi so they have more to choose from. KD takes left overs from Kappa and some from PiPhi and DG but not as many as Tridelt. IMO after recruitment: Tridelt KD ChiO (then ChiO will pass KD next year or if they recruit in the spring or fall)
