Ato and sig pi won't be good if you're looking for "rising small" For one ato is pretty big. But they're moving out of their house and will likely take a hit. Sigma pi is losing their house (to ato) and won't have an actual house next year, so again p, they will fall. Pi kapp made some pretty big strides last year and is still small. Chi phi just got their charter, so they could make big strides HOWEVER a lot of fraternities don't do well in the couple years following a charter (kind of a what are we working for anymore attitude can easily take over. Delta sig I believe has a house now, and are small so I'd guess they'd be moving up. Delta chi has a decent house and is really young right now And beta is recolonizing, so obviously the biggest opportunity for growth
