Basically the houses that don't make quota at the start of fall semester (whether they didn't have a full pledge class from formal recruitment, or they had a lot of girls drop out) will be the only houses who participate. Last year it was 4, year before it was 5 or 6. PHA will announce the chapters participating, and most of those houses will announce either through social media/ current members/ the involvement fair when their informal events are.
