Some chapters can't suspend you on grades once you are initiated, as stated above. In fact, I don't know any chapter that can kick you out for low grades once you are initiated. I think it would be a lie to say that there are any chapters who don't care what your grades are. Even chapters who traditionally are at the bottom of the scholarship rankings prefer members with good grades. Even after the chapters discuss you and vote, grades are calculated into rankings and low grades could put you lower on their bid list.
