honestly ChiO and Theta are huge on grades. you won't have TGs the weeks of midterms, or the week prior to finals, and you won't see these girls at any of the fraternity formals those weeks either. Then I'd say TriDelt and Kappa. Kappa wants to keep a really good image so that their alums donate money to them and TriDelt was starting to go down with grades so now theyre really working at it. AChi is strict with their grades (kicks girls out) but they don't normally go for the really smart girls during recruitment like ChiO and Theta, and they don't work on their grades like TriDelt and Kappa.
