keep in mind that although quota is set, some houses will take more or less new members depending on their current chapter size. most top tier houses are well above quota, so they will take less. the bottom tiers struggle with retention, so they'll probably take a lot extra. 2015 projections: piphi, dg, theta, kappa (x 60) = 240 ---> 17% top aphi, kd, ddd, chio, agd (x 65) = 325 ---> 23% middle gphi, axo, azd, dz, aopi, aephi (x70) = 420 ---> 30% bottom recruitment drop outs ---> 30%
